NASA Recruitment 2022 Job Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering from a college or university that has at least one ABET-accredited engineering program or Physical Science, Mathematics, Life Science, Computer Science, or another field of physical sciences.
- Candidates who did not complete a bachelor’s degree; the candidates who can be eligible may have obtained a graduate degree in an AST qualifying field.
- Degrees in engineering technology are not considered qualifying for this position.
NASA Recruitment 2022 Job Duties:
- Manages the overall cof program, including advocacy for project funding at HQ and project resources at the Center with line-item budget visibility to Congress.
- Responsible for all phases of the CoF process including program planning, design engineering, procurement, construction, activation/commissioning, and project close out.
- Plans direct efforts and reviews the results of the CoF planning process. Presents the CoF program plan to Center and HQ management for approval.
- Performs technical evaluation of program revisions, reviews accomplishments, advocates program staffing, financial resource requirements, and reports on program status within GRC and to NASA HQ.
